New Patient FAQs

  • Yes! We’re always welcoming new patients to our practice. Whether you need a routine cleaning, cosmetic dentistry, or advanced treatment, our team is here to make your first visit smooth and comfortable. Has it been a while since your last dental visit? We’ll make sure to make you feel right at home!

  • Please bring:

    • A valid photo ID

    • Your dental insurance card (if applicable)

    • A list of any medications you’re currently taking

    • Previous dental records or X-rays, if available

    Arriving a few minutes early helps us complete your new patient forms before your appointment begins.

  • Most patients should visit every six months for a cleaning and checkup. However, if you have gum disease, ongoing treatment, or specific dental concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits.

  • We work with many major insurance providers and are happy to help you maximize your benefits. If you’re out-of-network or uninsured, we also offer flexible payment options and an in-office membership plan to make care affordable.

  • Yes. Dental emergencies can’t wait, and we do our best to see same-day urgent cases such as toothaches, broken teeth, or dental trauma. If you’re experiencing an emergency, call us right away.

  • Typically, yes. Your first visit usually includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a professional cleaning, unless you need a more specialized treatment such as deep cleaning (scaling and root planing).

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and most dental insurance. Many patients also take advantage of our monthly membership plan or financing options (CareCredit, etc.) to spread out the cost of care.

  • Absolutely. We provide care for patients of all ages—from children coming for their first dental visit to adults seeking advanced cosmetic or restorative treatment.

  • We offer teeth whitening, veneers, clear aligners, bonding, and smile makeovers. During a consultation, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you achieve your smile goals.

  • Yes. We understand dental visits can cause anxiety, so we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and other options of sedation for a calm, comfortable experience.
